- 1 small banana
- 1 large orange
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup cold filtered water
- Peel the banana and orange. Juice the lemon and grate the ginger root.
- Blend everything in a blender for 45-60 seconds.
- Serve right away!
